Real estate Associate is a Trained & Certified '' Real Estate professional '' who works with Book My Builder to assist customer in Buying , Selling properties and other services . Accociate act as a bridge between buyer/seller of property or our services and guide them through property showing , site visit , negotiation , paper work , and closing property transcations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist client in Buying , selling and tell them about our other services.

2. Conduct site visit and explain project/property/service details.

3. Generate leads through personal contacts , marketing and referrals.

4. Negotiate on the behalf of clients to ensure fair deals.

5 .Coordinate with the Bookmybuilder team for paperwork and legal support.

6. Maintain professional behavior and build long-term client relationship.
